DAY 01 ARRIVE HANOI
Arrive at Noi Bai airport. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. DAY 02 CITY TOUR - ON TRAIN
Full day sightseeing tour of Hanoi include: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Museum that is erected right at the place where Ho Chi Minh declare independence for Vietnam in 1945, then see a few legendary sites such as the One Pillar Pagoda built by King Ly Thai To to thank to Goddess of Mercy for bringing him a successor; Tran Quoc Temple on the West Lake, the Temple of Literature, the first University of Vietnam, Ngoc Son Temple, Return Sword Lake and the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Evening enjoy water puppet show. All puppets are made of woods, moving on the water following the rhythm of live folk music. Firecrackers, smoke, fire and lights make it more picturesque. Transfer to railway station to take overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train. (B)

Along the road you will see Hmong, Dzay and Dzao minority people dressed in their traditional costumes. A 30-minute walk takes you over a bridge to picturesque Ta Van village, home to all three minoritiesShare their daily lives for a rare glimpse into their culture and customs. Return to Sapa and take a transfer to Lao Cai station for night train to Hanoi. (B)
DAY 05 HANOI – HALONG BAY
Arrive Hanoi in the early morning and after breakfast in the local restaurant, leave Hanoi by 07:00 for Halong Bay. Enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Halong and board a private junk for a 4-hour cruise on the emerald green waters of Halong Bay, among the 3,000 spectacular limestone islands with a fresh seafood lunch on board. Arrive in Hanoi around 19:00 in the evening and transfer back to hotel. (B,L). Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 4 DEPARTURE
Free day till transfer to the airport for flight home or other destinations in Vietnam. (B)
